I agree with culturally relevant teaching. It gives and improves students' self-esteem and self-confidence. Students won't feel the segregation when they are in school. As a result, their attendance rate and grade point average boost as their willingness of study enhances. So this culturally relevant teaching pedagogy is very helpful for students with different cultures and backgrounds.
